Anything goes! Wear something you are comfortable moving in and that's not too warm as you will get sweaty and hot while moving! T-shirts, tanks, shorts, jogging pants, yoga gear, cargo pants, hoodies are all great. Wear something that you feel good in.  On your feet wear either a running shoe/sneaker or bare feet. Whatever you are comfortable in.
