One session is between 30-60 minutes depending on each schools' individual timetable and grades participating.  Our music includes popular songs that students will know and love, as well as world genres to expand their knowledge of music from around the globe.  We create a safe and structured "dance party" atmosphere where students move together for the health and fun of dancing...not for the sake of learning a piece choreography set to specific music.   There is no right or wrong way of moving in our workshops.
